• My site went down and nobody answered.

  That is the entire product. You get email, phone and text support from people who can actually fix it, not a queue position.

• My host blames the plugin and the developer blames the host.

  That argument only exists when they are different companies. We host it, we maintain it, and there is nobody to point at.

• It is slow and I am told to upgrade.

  Sometimes true, usually not. Slow is far more often the theme, the images or a plugin doing too much. We will tell you which before you spend more.

• I do not know if I have backups.

  Then you do not. Complete daily backups, and someone who has actually restored one, are on every plan.

• I got hacked and had to pay someone to clean it.

  Enterprise-grade threat detection and automatic updates to services, plugins and themes are included. Prevention is a fraction of the price of a clean-up.
