Purchase Terms of Agreement
The purchase of ALL digital products and services, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Through extensive study and over 18 years of dedication, we are able to provide professional hosting and design services to our customers. Many of our digital services require years of study and precise application to complete, and yet despite this, we often include the services in our packages to make it easier for our customers to afford and benefit from. In order to deliver on our promises and to ensure that we ALWAYS fulfill every work order, we must adopt the following conditions.
Payment and Refund Policy
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on LimitlessEnterprisesPro.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
Limitless Enterprises reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
Hosting plans may be canceled at any time, but require a 30-day cancellation notice.
Transferring of Website Information
All website properties, digital designs, custom programming, code, custom or stock images and any other digital product related to or produced by Limitless will be relinquished and delivered to Client upon written approval by the account owner.
Limitless will retain the right to promote any and all of our work in perpetuity. This may include logos or other insignia owned partially or in full by Client so long as it is accompanied work designed or developed by Limitless.
If you wish to transfer your website, we ask that you inform us at least 7 days before your data is needed to allow time for us to prepare the files for transfer.

Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact Raoul@LimitlessEnterprisesPro.com with your transaction and payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
